I understand that the payment £200.00 as a deposit for the above vehicle, is taken as part payment and i am entering into a contract to purchase the vehicle.
I understand that the vehicle will be reserved by the seller for a period of 7 days, after which the vehicle will become available for sale.
I acknowledge that this payment is not refundable in the event of myself withdrawing from the contract and deciding not to pay the remaining balance.
I also understand, that i will be personally liable for any expense incurred by the seller in preparing the vehicle ready for collection and any other expense incurred by me withdrawing from this contract.
